My name is Jurijs Geidons, and I'm a Latvian. I'm a young person in the middle of my 20ies, and completely dedicated to the dogs.

I have been working for airlines in Latvia, but since I have moved to Finland new horisonts have appeared, and I'm studying now Finnish and plan to start my airline work soon again, but this time in Finland. In 2006 autumn I've started my Bachelor grade in Tourism & Business Administration.

I have been always surrounded by dogs, our family got first dog when I was 4. I was pretty lucky that my family are dog people themselves, and involved with Mastiffs. My first show dog was Mastiff bitch, Ch Brenda Ramsom, with her appearance in my life everything has started.

Since 2003 and whole summers till 2005 I spent as kennel boy at Elisabet Levén home with her well-known Afghans & Whippets in Sweden. It was great experience to learn all the things about dogs, handling, showing, a bit of grooming, and also get into my biggest passion- sighthounds.

Autumn 2005 I have spent being kennel assistant and handler at Dervisch kennels in Sweden, and the best advices and ideas of taking care of puppies, and the way to grow up the dogs I have got exactly there!

My biggest passion is without dogs- travelling, I have been to many countries in several continents, and always have discovered something new. I like to meet my friends, and spend great time with them, they are the best ones!

Right now I'm involved with breeding, handling, and also I have applied for Latvian Cynological Federation cynology course, and hopefully I'm succeeding in that by 2008-2009.

I want to say big thanks to my parents, Elisabet Levén & Sven Westerblad, Dan Grönlund, Larisa Blazhevicha and all my dearest friends around the globe for advices, help, and your friendship!

About breeding point

Sighthounds are our passion, and we try to breed close to standart, typical, healthy and sound dogs. Another most important thing, is temperament, our puppies are getting enough attention and being socialised before they move to new homes. That's why we don't breed more than 1-2 litters a year. We do not sell puppies for re-selling or crate-kept kennels. So far our bred puppies are residing beside Latvia & Finland, also in Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Lithuania, Portugal and Sweden.
